Mid morning meal

Scrambled eggs and turkey

45g protein
4g carbs
7g fat

I then added a serving of Quaker Oats :)

    I'm writing out my thank you cards for the donations to my Fight for Air Stair Climb. Since I don't have an address to mail you one, or email, I thought this would be the best way to contact you.

    Thank you so much for your donation. I did it in 13:47 and ranked in the middle for my age and gender group. I did it with a big group from the gym and our team came in first place among all other teams! And the captain of our team came in 2nd overall, out of 1600 people! Since then, I actually enjoy climbing as many steps as I can when I need to park in a parking ramp downtown. And I park at the far end of parking lots. I never used to do that!
